No, it is not inspired. Only the original writers of scripture e.g. Moses and Paul were actually inspired. But the inspired writings are providentially preserved (Ps 12:6-7; Is 30:8; I Pet 1:25), which means you may use the KJV as inspired scripture, as Luke commended the Bereans and Paul Timothy regarding their copies and/or translations (Acts 17:11; II Tim 3:15).
