Peter proved Jesus alive and in heaven giving out the Spirit. He used Psalm 110:1 to prove Jesus was Lord and Christ and the Jews very guilty. 3000 responded well. They were to repent, be baptized, receive the gift of the Spirit, and avoid the Jewish ruin coming.
